ABET Workshop

ECEDHA hosts a special workshop prior to the Annual Conference and ECExpo to assist universities in preparing for ABET reviews of their electrical engineering and computer engineering programs. Over the past three years, workshop attendees have reported significantly better review outcomes for their programs:

— Programs that participate in the workshop have an average of 0 deficiencies and 0.29 weaknesses.
— Programs that participate at least a year before their visit year experience better results than those that wait until the visit year.

If your department is up for review within the next three years, take advantage of this opportunity to learn from experienced reviewers before beginning your preparations. The workshop is open to all electrical and computer engineering department heads and faculty.

ABET Workshop registration is separate from the ECEDHA Annual Conference registration and must be completed in advance. Participants are encouraged to bring any materials they have prepared thus far for discussion and evaluation.
