On Saturday, March 13, ECEDHA guests are invited to visit the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and participate in a full day of exciting activities.
After the tour and lunch at the aquarium out in the warm Florida sunshine, we'll take a Safari Cruise out into the natural habitats of Florida's wildlife and learn about the local island bird sanctuaries. The cruise includes a stop on Compass Island to collect some seashells and get some sunshine. The tour is narrated by a Clearwater Aquarium Biologist and is sure to be educational and fun. Visit "Winter the Dolphin," whose inspiring story of getting caught in a crab trap and losing her tail will touch your heart. Hear about Winter's survival, thanks to the care and devotion of the trainers as well as an incredible prosthetic tail.
